APRA Copyright Declaration

All music used in the Eisteddfod must comply with Australian copyright requirements. To ensure compliance with APRA AMCOS regulations, all participants are required to submit the completed APRA Copyright Declaration Form for Eisteddfods, Competitions and Examinations with their music entry. Please download, complete and attach the form when submitting your music.


For all Speech & Drama and Music sections featuring original compositions, a completed Statutory Declaration must be attached to the back of each submitted work. This declaration confirms that the composition is entirely the original work of the competitor and must be signed by a parent, guardian or teacher. Please ensure the declaration includes the section number and competitor’s name before submission.
